Honor Karen Pramenko and help care for future children

Over 25 years ago Karen Pramenko and Karen Connor, two school nurses seeing a community need, founded Carin' Clinic. The clinic began by being open 12 hours per week, with curtains for walls, in the corner of a classroom at what was then Arvada Middle School. Through hard work and determination, Karen got grants and donations of physical labor to create a real clinic with walls. Karen has continued to give of her time, effort and gifts to this day. Carin' Clinic is now a certified Medical Home and serves over 700 patients per year, is open five days per week near the Jeffco Head Start in our own building! Karen is President of the Board of Directors and continues to be a strong supporter of the clinic. Karen and the Board of Directors want to make sure the clinic continues to be available for children in the future, so we are raising funds for the Carin' Clinic Endowment in Honor of Karen Pramenko.
